A traditionally Dutch style originating in Gouda (How-Da) Netherlands. Raw goats milk with a semi firm curd, great caramel & nut notes that has been aged for six months or longer.

Mooleen

Sixty percent of the worlds cheese sales are Gouda, with that in mind we know you will enjoy our exemplary version of this world famous cheese style. Our Mooleen is a young-aged raw cows milk Gouda dotted with holes and has a semi-firm texture with a natural yellow color.
