Gayle & Jim own and operate Bonnie Blue Farm located in Waynesboro, TN. The dairy was licensed in April 2006 through the Tennessee Department of Agriculture. We are a true farmstead dairy producer using only the milk from our Nubian and Saanen dairy goats to make handcrafted goat cheese. Our award winning cheese is sold in Tennessee at farmers markets, through natural food stores and on the menu of many fine restaurants.
Meet Our herd
Our dairy herd consists of Nubian and Saanen dairy goats and Jersey cows. Producing clean, high quality milk is essential to creating excellent cheese. The water and food the animals consume, fresh air and access to natural browse and grass is all reflected in the finished product. No antibiotics, Non- GMO, no hormones.
