Gayle & Jim own and operate Bonnie Blue Farm located in Waynesboro, TN. The dairy was licensed in April 2006 through the Tennessee Department of Agriculture. We are a true farmstead dairy producer using only the milk from our Nubian and Saanen dairy goats to make hand crafted goat cheese. Our award winning cheese is sold in Tennessee at farmers' markets, through natural food stores and on the menu of many fine restaurants. Supply is limited but we're making as much as the goats will give.
We also have a log cabin that we built available for farm stays.
